Welcome to Aivara (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your access to and use of our website https://aivara.co.in and the purchase/use of our digital products (“Products”). By using our website or purchasing our Products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Nature of Products

We sell downloadable digital templates and related files. No physical goods are shipped. Access is provided via download links or account access after successful payment.

2. License & Permitted Use

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your personal or business needs. Redistribution, reselling, sublicensing, or sharing the files (paid or free) is prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, templates, designs, and trademarks remain the property of Aivara. No ownership of IP is transferred to you by purchasing a license.

4. Accounts & Access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Do not share download links or files publicly.

5. Pricing & Taxes

Prices are listed in INR unless specified. Taxes may be added at checkout where applicable. We may update prices at any time.

6. Refunds

Because our Products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final. If you have trouble accessing a file or believe there is a genuine technical issue, contact us within 7 days at contact@aivara.co.in. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues (e.g., re-sending files or alternate access). Our full policy is at Refund Policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to: (a) use the Products for unlawful purposes; (b) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source components from compiled files; (c) remove attribution or copyright notices where provided; (d) infringe any third-party rights.

8. Warranties & Disclaimers

Products are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aivara shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or business.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection laws.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
